UHT sugared product for whipping without milk products, based on vegetable fats and oils
Condition of use: Leave for at least 12 hours in refrigerator before each use. Whip between 8 °C and 12 °C. Once opened, use the product in 3-4 days.
Whipping instructions: If using a stand mixer, fill the bowl to about one tenth of its capacity. Make sure the equipment is clean and cool. For best results, whip at half of the maximum speed until fully whipped, then give a short whip at maximum speed until it reaches the desired consistency.
Ingredients: water, vegetable fats (palm and palm kernel) (22%), sugar (18%), stabilisers: sorbitol syrup, E464, E463, guar gum, xanthan gum, locust bean gum; emulsifiers: E435, E481, lecithins (soy), E471; acidity regulator: E339, E331; flavouring, salt.
Storage conditions: Store at a temperature between +5 °C and + 20 °C. Once opened, store in refrigerator. Do not freeze.
Excess of consumed Sorbitol could be cause laxative effects
