Lactofil Culinaire – Unsweetened Non-Dairy Cream has a rich cream flavour. This cream can be used very versatile in the premium kitchen application as round up for sauces and soups or the production of savoury snacks as well in the patisserie for the preparations of cakes, mousses and desserts specialties.

Water; Hydrogenated vegetable fats and oils; Buttermilk powder; Emulsifiers: Polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate, Soy lecithin, Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; Stabilisers: Guar gum, Locust bean gum; Colour: Mixed carotenes.
Lactofil Culinaire is whipped up in 5-7 minutes with any mixer and builds up to three times its own volume. It has a natural off white colour and is very stable against temperature abuse.
Lactofil Culinaire is freeze/thaw stable when whipped.
