DESCRIPTION
Ultra High Temperature (UHT) product, made with vegetable fats, with no added sugars. Gluten-free and lactose-free. Unsweetened, 100% plant-based.
INGREDIENTS
Water, hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm kernel) 27.5%, vegetable fibre (inulin), modified tapioca starch, sorbitol, stabiliser: E 464, emulsifiers: (E 481 – polysorbate 60), salt, flavourings.
Excellent for making lasagna, crepes, cakes, tiramisu, and ice cream. Unsweetened.
