Krea Top is soy-based, 100% vegetable. It is ideal for filling and masking cakes, semifreddos, ice creams, and desserts. It is excellent to enhance the volume and the structure of the dairy cream for whipping. It is also perfect in combination with other ingredients like crème patissiere, chocolate, hazelnut or other flavours.

INGREDIENTS: water, totally hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel, 20%) sugar, soy proteins isolate, stabilizers: E420ii, E463, E339, salt, flavours, colouring: beta-carotene (E160a). Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

STORAGE: Store at room temperature, preferably in a fresh place, between +4°C/+22°C. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3/4 days.
